From Wednesday 22nd September 2021

I will be open for limited appointments during Level 3 for critical existing patients only.

Online bookings remain closed so you must text Matthew if you meet these requirements:

  1. you are an existing patient (no new patients)
  2. you have pain that is likely to get worse without help
  3. you are covid symptom free (runny nose, sore throat, temperature)
  4. you have not been to a location of interest within 14 days of the appointment
  5. you have not been exposed to anyone that has been to a location of interest within 14 days or who has tested positive to Covid-19

Matthew Cousins Osteopath

Matthew has been serving in the Howick community and providing care in East Auckland for over 20 years.

About Matthew Cousins

As a young man, I experienced a lot of back problems, after suffering a rugby injury. Along with other family members, I went to a local osteopath for help, which triggered my calling to help people in pain.

Originally from the UK, I moved to New Zealand shortly after qualifying in Osteopathy in 1992. My plan was to be here in NZ for about a year then head home. Of course, that was before I fell in love with the place, and later settled in East Auckland, and opened my osteopathy clinic.
